Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Shipping Policy

We usually ship our products within 24-72 hours when in stock (depending on Canada Post hours of operation). Cancellation of your order is only possible before product has shipped. If the product is not in stock, we will notify you with expected arrival. We will process your order once we receive your decision or within 24 hours (whichever comes first). Brassiere Boutique will do our best to provide you with the product of your choice in the quickest amount of time, but cannot be held responsible for shortages or delays of the manufacturer.

Discreet packaging is used because we respect your privacy. We will ship in plain packaging and will include the name and address of Brassiere Boutique.

Free shipping to Canadian customers with a Canadian shipping address.
Please note that the free shipping option does not come with a tracking number and are sent via Canada Post Regular Parcel™Economical Ground Service with delivery times of 2 to 9 days business days, between major urban centres. As per Canada Post some exceptions apply.

Brassiere Boutique is able to provide tracking options through Canada Post.

Other options are available for customers who require faster shipping times for addition flat fees, shipped via Canada Post.

For additional flat fee of $35: Xpresspost™ with delivery times of 1 to 2 days, between major urban centres. As per Canada Post some exceptions apply.

For additional flat fee of $60: SignaturePriority™ with next day service, between major urban centres. As per Canada Post some exceptions apply.

Brassiere Boutique cannot accept responsibility for undelivered items. If Canada Post has not delivered your product we will help you out to the best of our ability.

Refund / Exchange Policy

Brassiere Boutique is committed to excellent customer service and we want you to be thrilled with your purchase from us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase it is able to be refunded within 30 days of shipping of your order or exchanged within 60 days of shipping of your purchase. Item(s) must be in new condition with all original packaging and tags.

Please include a copy of receipt and written request of refund and/or item to be exchanged for. Insure packaging is appropriate for product so it will not damage during shipping. Brassiere Boutique is not responsible for products damaged during shipping. You can use your choice of shipping method.

Please be aware that customer is responsible for cost of shipping return or exchange of returning products. The cost of shipping fees will not be refunded. Returned items are subject to 25% restocking fee (this fee is not always applied). We will gladly pay for reshipping cost for exchanges. We may contact you to offer help with sizing assistance so you can find the right fit and will be happy with your exchange.

 

Once your exchange or return is received we will inspect the product(s) and process your request. You will receive email notification with an update. Please keep in mind when returning product that it may take an additional 5-10 business days for credit card companies to process the credit.
